Lady Finger Cookies!

These are my husbands favorite, favorite, favorite.... cookies.
His mother made these for him and
I have been  making them for over 30 years.

Pretty little cookies

2 cups flour
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup ground pecans
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon ice water
1 tablespoon milk

Combine flour, butter, pecans, powdered sugar, water and milk.

Shape dough into approx. 2 inch logs.
Place parchment on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 17 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Roll into powdered sugar.

Have a few.... Save some for tomorrow.
