Garlic Chicken!

Garlic Chicken!!!!

What are you fixing for dinner?

This is what we had on Tuesday evening.  It is a new recipe and we loved it.  I get so tired of cooking the same ole thing, don't you?

This was easy and fast.  It only had 3 ingredients and baked for only 30 minutes.  So while the chicken was baking I cooked the rice and butter beans.  Dinner was done in 30 minutes and ready to eat.  That is the way to cook!

4 Chicken Breasts
3 teaspoons of Olive Oil
4 Garlic cloves, minced / chopped
3 tablespoons brown sugar

In a small pan, saute minced garlic in Olive Oil until tender.  Add brown sugar.

Put chicken into a lightly greased casserole dish, salt and pepper, pour brown sugar mixture over chicken and back at 450 for 30 - 45 minutes.  Leave in pan 5 minutes before serving.

  1. I'm always looking for something to do with chicken breats, and this looks delicious. The brown sugar with it sounds like a winner.

  2. Yummy, The chicken looks terrific sounds like one that I need to try. I came over from Babs, You are right her photos are great. Outside they do much better but once I get inside it is a challenge. I need to break down and buy a new camera now I am just using my phone and that isn't cutting it.
