Easter Menu!

Easter is 2 weeks away.  Have you been thinking about your Easter dinner?  I would like to get some new ideas and recipes.  Lets all put our heads together for a fantastic new Easter Menu!  Please send me your ideas, recipes and menus.......

    Since we don't have any family nearby (like not less than 17hrs away!) we get together with friends for Easter dinner. I am always responsible for the dessert. And I am *always* asked to bring Cherry Berries on a Cloud (http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/cherry-berries-on-a-cloud/50182567-06d0-40de-bbf4-489472351255). My friend says it is really great for breakfast, too! ha! It is a pain in the you-know-what to make but I figure it's once a year... ; )
